- Welcome to CareMeet. A short guide to joining the beta and finding your way around. Visit app.caremeet.org to begin.
- Choose your role. Select Sign Up, then Create Account. Choose a family, caregiver, facility, or remote care partner profile.
- Enter your details. Use an email inbox you can access. Enter your details and a password that meets every requirement. Show / Hide lets you check your entry.
- Choose communication preferences. SMS and marketing email consent are separate and optional. Leave them unchecked if you do not want them. Review the terms and privacy information.
- Verify and sign in. Submit the account form. Follow the newest verification email if requested, then sign in with the same role. Never share your password, code, or verification link.
- Find Care with AI Navigator. Choose Find Care, then Start AI Navigator. Enter care needs and review the assessment. This screen is a public preview, not a saved account record.
- Explore Remote Care. Find this overview farther down the website. It shows an example, not live care activity. Private tools require account access. Planned integrations are not medical monitoring.
- Get help. Choose Contact in the top menu for support. After using a signed-in account, select Log out. Logout is not demonstrated here. CareMeet is not an emergency service.

Caregiver Pro transcript
- Choose Caregiver Pro. Choose Caregivers. This guide shows the actual signup form, without submitting an account or private information.
- Enter your caregiver details. Enter your name, accessible email inbox, password, profile type and location. Use Show / Hide to check your password. Keep codes and credentials private.
- Add credentials. Enter certifications, experience, references and specialties accurately. Review Verify identity and Publish service area too. Complete starred fields before saving a step.
- Set your availability. Choose preferred shifts, hourly rate, emergency availability and remote care options. Select only services you provide. Use Save this step after required fields are complete.
- Finish signup and get help. Review optional SMS and marketing consent. Complete required fields, then create your account. Follow email verification if requested. Signup is not administrator approval. Contact CareMeet if you need help.
Facility Growth signup

- Choose Facility Growth. Choose Facilities to start your facility profile. This is a blank-form walkthrough, not a published or approved listing.
- Enter facility account details. Use the responsible administrator's details and an email inbox you can access. Add accurate location and service-area information. Never share passwords or verification codes.
- Describe levels of care. Choose care levels and describe staffing, special programs, languages and meals. Complete required fields and save the step. Only describe care your facility can provide.
- Record current openings. Enter open beds, room types, availability date and admission contact. Review Set tour times and Add Trust Score details before finishing. A saved step is not approval.

Remote Care Partner signup

- Enter partner account details. Enter your coordinator details, accessible email, password and service area. Add organization information accurately. Review optional communication consent before submitting.
- Define your services. Select service types, eligible clients and staffing models. Add service notes, then save once required fields are complete. Review Set coverage hours for your operating schedule.
- Define escalation contacts. Specify the trigger, first contact, backup contact and instructions. Review Connect referral workflow. Saved plans do not activate device APIs or emergency response.
